  • Meeting professionals and meeting planners, please contact the office to discuss your engagement and confirm Mike's availability for the date. We’ll help you determine which of our services are the best “fit” for your event and audience. If you would like to put the date on reserve, you can do so with no financial commitment. If another client wants to book Mike for the same date, we will contact you first, granting your organization the first right of refusal.
  • To secure a date on Mike's calendar, a 50% deposit of his fee is required. At this point, we will schedule a pre-program interview. Mike will meet with you and others on your team in person or over the telephone. This discussion will help him gain insight regarding your organization, event theme, meeting objectives and industry trends. Using this information, Mike will prepare a program that is personalized to suit your event.
  • In advance of the date, we will also confirm the room setup, provide material for your program if needed, and continue to coordinate the details regarding Mike's travel itinerary (he is Atlanta-based), staging, shipping and other logistics.
  • Overviews of the presentation are an option if requested at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • If you or your client are interested, Mike will also prepare a short promo video and we will use his social media properties to help promote the event. 
  • If this is an out-of-town engagement, Mike will generally arrive the day before his presentation.
  • The balance of MIke's fee is due upon completion of the program. Following the engagement, you will receive an invoice for travel expenses incurred, if applicable.
